Disappointed in my yearly check up.She seemed in a hurry. I had called the office 3 weeks prior to going and spoke with her nurse about a rash and she said I was coming in soon so use cortisone and it did work. I told her I had some tags I wanted frozen off and she said ok. Dr.Springle said they will come back and only did one .She has done them before and they were fine. I guess it's time to move on.I have been going to her for a long time

Went with a family member and her bedside manner was rushed and she didn’t really listen to what the patient needed. Her nurse seems to be more knowledgeable than her. The Dr didn’t really want to be bothered and acted as if asking a question was just taking up too much of her time. I would not recommend her especially if you want a dr who is going to LISTEN and show some compassion to her patients needs.

I just had an excellent visit with Dr. Sprigle. She was so friendly and kind, and did a thorough examination of my skin from head to toe. I was referred to her from a friend who also had a very good experience. Her assistant was very nice as well and they made me feel comfortable and unrushed during my visit. I highly recommend her.

Appointment couldn't have been smoother. Efficient sign -in, short wait, and a pleasant visit with Dr. Sprigle, who thoroughly explained everything she was doing and seeing. Would highly recommend this M.D.

I had my first ever dermatology appointment yesterday with Dr. Sprigle (Midlothian). She was referred by a friend. Very personable, thorough, professional, friendly..... She put me immediately at ease. Her staff is also very friendly. My whole experience was very good from the moment I walked into the office. I highly recommend.
