Bon Secours - Imaging Center At Reynolds Crossing's Online Review Report Card

Had an ultrasound here. Fast, courteous, professional. All good.

I've had many imaging services here and have always had a five star experience. Scheduled smartly. Never waiting long to get checked in or seen. Fast results. Clean. Great location. If you're lucky, you'll get taken care of by Dannan. Super nice, caring and super competent.

Was told my insurance covered the 3-D mammogram and ankle x-ray. If that was the case, then why am I now receiving an $800 bill for the mammogram and an $1100 bill for ankle x-rays due to them being out of network. IF they are out of network, this information should have been relayed to me when I checked in for my procedures.

1) Staff was fine, 2) Don't look for this place on Broad Street. It's .3 mi south of Broad Street off of Forest Avenue. In fact the WalMart, right beside it, has a Forest Avenue address. 3) If you'd like a thyroid guard for your mammo, you are SOL--they "don't really use those anymore." I will be sure to make sure they do if I go back. They did at their Bremo Rd. location previously.

I have really bad claustrophobia and their new open MRI is life changing. The nurse staff was so gentle and patient with me and were willing to try other things to make comfortable. If I need another MRI, that’s the only place I’d want to go.

I’ve tried for several days to make an appointment for a mammogram. I can never actually talk to a real person. They left me on hold forever. I gave up.they need to get there system revamped.its ridiculous.

Two lovely ladies did my pet scan today were very caring, and professional.

BEWARE of the cost for a simple xray. $1,400+!!!!!!. Should be Only $140-150 at even Patient First. They charge like you are at the Hospital, and it's only out Patient. Outrageous cost AND no one tells you that in advance. Huge RIP off.

I did not get my results from the Bon Secours Reynolds Crossing until a WEEK later. For a sensitive and timely ailment like appendicitis, the ultrasound results should have been provided to my Primary Care physician the same day or no later than the next, not a full week later. It is also extremely unprofessional to require the patient AND the patient's doctors office to call multiple times to get results sent. We should not have to remind you to do your job, especially with something so important. I am disappointed in Bon Secours Reynold Crossing and will encourage people to steer clear of Bon Secours clinics. The ultrasound was also grotesquely overpriced for something so simple.

Not only is this imaging center insanely expensive, they can't properly deliver the imaging report through their own online my chart app. Took several calls to get the actual report. Also, the imaging tech mentioned that the contrast imaging wasn't great but she was going to use it anyway. For that kind of money, I want good images! Do your homework and pick another place, you'll not only save a ton of money, but you'll get better service.
