My whole family sees this dermatologist. Aside from being smart and competent, Dr. Royster is kind, empathetic and friendly. She takes her time with you, listens well and treats you with respect. More and more, the way I’m treated as a person when I am a patient is nearly as important to me as the actual medical treatment. Dr. Royster is a pro at both.

Cant reach doctor and have to keep waiting for information. No direct nurse line available and do not receive response immediately. I have been patient for 2 months to get my problem solved, but looks like I will have to approach some other professional with no solution and no information as such. Bad service for patients

Dr Royster was highly recommended to me and I made a new patient appointment 3 months in advance. Worth the wait for a great DR! Come to find out, they scheduled me with a nurse practitioner (without notifying me!) and only gave me 15 minutes. They called to reschedule me a week before my appt to give me 30 min (this is how I found out about the wrong DR) and nothing available for 2-3 more months!! What? There was a mistake made and not being fixed! I am very disappointed to not meet this DR!!
