So slow I thought I was going to die

The staff were very curious and detailed. They explained every detail. Due to renovation, it was unclear where i was to enter for service. The sign on front door started they open at 8:30 a.m. I was there on time and the door was locked. After knocking, someone came to inform me that I needed to enter at the side door. There wasn't notification on either door.
