Dr. Estopinal became my Ophthalmologist when my previous Ophthalmologist left the practice. It ended up being a plus for me. I feel he is on the "top of his game." The wait time can be long some time. But, once he comes in to see you he takes all the time you need. He answers your questions and explains everything so that you can understand it.

I met with Dr. Estopinal for the first time about 2 years ago (in 2019) after my last corneal specialist retired. While I had been trying to keep up with the latest treatments for Keratoconus ("KC"), it was clear that my last doctor had long ago stopped keeping current with medical advances. At my first meeting with Dr. Estopinal, it was beyond clear that not only was he up to speed with all of the treatments available for KC, his practice also has some of the most cutting edge technology to map and track corneal degeneration progression. Dr. Estopinal is also very patient and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. He has also been diligent in evaluating my eyes and in determining if there has been any degenerative progression since I have been a patient. I have been very happy to have found a corneal specialist that I can rely on and trust. And since my KC is not going away, I hope to be a patient of his for a long time.

I started as a patient of Dr. Estopinol in November 2020. I needed cataract surgery and toric replacement lenses in both eyes due to astigmatism. He is a fine surgeon and a very caring person. When I had a reaction to some prescribed eyedrops he stayed late to examine my eye problem, rescheduled my next surgery and called me back personally when I called with questions. My eye sight, eye health and my happiness after cataract surgeries was clearly his main concern. I strongly recommend Dr. Estopinal if you need an eye doctor.

Have just completed cataract surgery and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Estopinal! I was terrified and he, as well as the staff, was instrumental in instilling calmness. I was thrilled with the first surgery and could hardly wait for the second eye to be done! While certainly skilled, he is personable and compassionate. I'm beyond pleased and am grateful to Dr. Estopinal.

Dr. Estopinal removed cataracts from both of my eyes, and I could not be happier with the results. I was apprehensive about having this procedure done, but his professionalism and expertise made this very easy for me. I am very particular about doctors, and I can assure you that this one is head and shoulders above most. He is not only very skilled, but he is also warm and reassuring.

I find him compassionate and caring as well as knowledgeable and concise. He is not discouraged by a difficult eye problem instead, he goes to work to correct the problem and is genuinely happy for the relief that is given to his patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Estopinal for over 2 years. He is professional, down to earth and extremely competent. My condition is pre glaucoma and obviously serious if left untreated. He has controlled the advancement of the disease with regular visits and medication. He explains all aspects of the disease in a very understandable manner. I highly recommend Dr. Estopinal and urge anyone with any type eye problem to make an appointment. You will not regret his care.
