Christopher Hayes's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hayes is the most wonderful Doctor. He is kind, he is caring and he listens to your concerns. My grandson was very sick and we could not figure out what was wrong. Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Hayes. From the moment we meant I knew he was going to fix this problem. My grandson is thriving! I am so grateful for knowing him. He is the kind of person who will call you on a Sunday to give information about a lab result.

I was a patient of near 10 years. I didn’t check in last year due to Covid - called to say to set a wellness visit and they told me after 3 years I was no longer a patient, and he’s not taking new patients?

If I could give one star, I would. He does not listens, very rood, rushing decision/diagnosis. I took a child to the other doctor where she was properly diagnosed, and received proper treatment.

We went through a horrible time of being in the hospital a month and my daughter got a g tube placed she pulled on it she’s a toddler and we were so worried he insinuated that my husband or I must have done something and that she wouldn’t pull it herself. I’ve never been so offended in my life. He’s the only doctor we had this negative interaction with. He also explained it could be very serious and wouldn’t directly answer our questions said we will talk about it left and never bothered to come back we were so worried and scared until a doctor on the Pedatric floor came and saw at 10:30 pm in 5 mins our conversation were addressed and told us little kids pull their g tubesall the time, he was kind and caring. I would never recommend doctor Hayes. We love doctor Williams and doctor roundtree see one of them instead.

Dr.Hayes has helped me a lot from the first appointment(July 15,2020) and he has diagnosed me with things that were actually happening.He is a good doctor,he listens,he knows what’s he’s talking about when he’s talking to you.It’s now November 20,2020 and I’m still with him.he’s done all the right things for me.I had to get this tube up my nose and a monitor hooked up to me for 24 hours(a monometry)and showed results that I had another problem thanks to doctor Hayes I wouldn’t have known so we are going to get that fixed by surgery but he is a good doctor and he knows what to do.don’t lose hope on him.

When our beloved primary care physician of 30+ years retired, my husband and I chose Dr. Chris Hayes as our new physician. We could not be more pleased. He is smart and kind, and he takes all the time with us that we need. He is a great listener, and he is always up to speed with our care from our other physicians. He is down to earth and practical. Dr. Hayes has assisted us with my son checking on him during rounds or when my son's primary GI hasn't been in the office. Dr. Hayes is warm, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes time to listen to everything we have to say and address our concerns.
