They really care about you

For the most part the clinic is nice but alot if people are scared to speak up about people cutting the lines. Constantly cutting lines after waiting outside for 30 minutes. So if you don't mind the cutting of lines and pushing your dose time longer then this is your place.

From the first moment I signed on with this clinic, I have had nothing but a great experience. I've been treated with the best of care, mentally and physically. Not once have I had a disappointment with the way I have been treated. Still on board!

You know... I got hit with a realization this morning that this place has done more than saved my life. The people that work here care beyond the average medical worker or councilor that I've ever met. Literally, they cheer you on and support you the whole way. There is a nurse there that checks on me every morning and encourages me when I'm down and out sometimes. She doesn't need to act this way towards me or anyone else, but she chooses to. She chooses to be better than the average person and does not shame addicts like me, but encourages to do better. My counselor is friggin awesome too. Even the guards there encourage you and talk to you like you're human. It's amazing and this place saved my life.

This place has improved drastically since the new director has taken over approx 1 year ago. Its the only clinic that has ever shown me they actually care about their patients. Awful lady who gives you your meds at the window (Tunisia?) is gone, also so is awful front desk lady (Cheryl). I made a complaint about them 2 weeks after new director took over and didnt receive retribution or bad treatment they actually told me I was 100% right, I could not be any more right, what can they do to correct this? I couldnt believe it, as someone in recovery, I had never been treated this way (treated well!). There are many wonderful people now working at this place! Much better clinic than ANY of the others in the area

My 1st clinic but i like it alot

Worse experience ever! Staff members were rude, we been going to a clinic in Maryland for almost a year now, we had an appointment to get him in here we went and sat there for two hours, to get told they can’t dose him over something from over a year ago, we went and got that done and tried to get him there today so he can dose, and again I get snapped at and told he can’t come back till Monday, he’s already sick as a dog. They tried to tell me he was wrong for storming out yesterday after they told him they wouldn’t dose him when’s he’s been dosing on a regular everyday in Maryland he’s not wrong at all, last time he went that long with out his dose everyday he had seizures and he told you guys that and you still don’t care. They claim they care but they don’t. Y’all dont understand how a person feels when they can’t dose, and for y’all to tell me he has to sit for five days before he can possibly get a dose y’all are wrong! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, when we first walked in the receptionist was arguing with one of the patients, very unprofessional. Signed, Jordan’s girlfriend

I dont have any complaints. Ive been going here for years and if you do what youre there to do, you'll have no problems. As far as the security guard comments, you must be thinking of the wrong place because the security guards here are helpful, not doing what some people said

Don't waste your time if you're from out of town guest dosing. Don't come here. Came in from Kentucky to guest dose. Had all of my paper work ready, and there was a security officer outside, and he wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone about the problem. He kept telling me to put my number in, and it wouldn't work. He refused to let me speak with someone. He wanted to argue. My clinic back in Kentucky couldn't get ANYONE to answer the phone. So, I just left. Couldn't even dose. The security guard couldn't even tell me if I was at the right place. The security guard shouldn't work there. All he was looking for was a fight. Grow up
