The radiology technician was really courteous and efficient in administering the test and the results were received in good time. I highly recommend the Womens Imaging Center at JohnstonWillis Hospital.

Johnston Willis was a great Hospital in the late 70s B4 they built the new one. My uncle was recently in there and they are rude.

Excellent experience until the day to leave LD not prepared for a baby that can’t pass the car seat test. Left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing no communication between any staff.

My appointment was for my mammogram for the year. Each employee that l encountered was exceptionally polite and helpful. They made the entire event not only tolerable but very easy to get completed. I thank each one that l came in contact with from the receptionist to the individual that performed the test. Years ago my surgery was performed at JOHNSTON WILLIS and l received excellent care.

The LD nursing staff were amazing I had similar experience with the nursing staff in 2019 with my first delivery which is why I chose to come back to JW for my second child. So why only 3 stars? I had a few issues with room service forgetting my dinner delivery even when orders were placed well ahead of time. It happened twice during my 4 day stay the first being right after my csection when I hadn’t eaten since 1130PM the night before. My amazing nurse ran all over the other floors trying to find some soup so that I could keep my energy up for nursing. My husband didn’t stay overnight this time around and couldn’t get me outside food so I was really thankful for her going above and beyond. It happened a second time my last night in the hospital and my poor nurse spent the better part of an hour tracking down management to get something made before the kitchen staff left for the day. Other than that I found the facilities clean. The employees were kind and personable. The dedicated infant nursing staff were great with my daughter giving me confidence to let her spend the nights in their care while I recovered. The lactation consultants came by every day to check in our nursing progress and offered provider recommendations for addressing my daughters tongue tie. Overall I would recommend JW with the strong suggestion to follow up regularly with room service if the food delivery is late to ensure it’s actually coming.

Took wife in for severe stomach pain last Saturday 10232021.  Thought it was Diverticulitis but after CT scan determined it was Ulcerative Colitis.  In E.R. she was tested for Covid19 and they said she was positive for covid after she was in her room.  Doctor recommended that I get tested too.  I was tested on Monday 10252021  along with our grandson that lives with us.  Both of our tests came back negative.  I notified the hospital and requested another test on my wife.  Their PCR test results came back negative.  Been pushing for transfer off 4th floor dedicated to Covid19 patients since her retest came back negative.  Received pushback the last two days claiming no beds available.  Today 10282021 I was advised that they want to do a third Covid19 test and have Chippenham Hospitals lab analyze sample.  What?? They dont believe their own lab results because each are different?  So its best out of three now?Shes had rude condesending nurses that refuse to help her get up and go to the bathroom.  Theyre also snickering and making rude remarks.I brought a new sealed Saline Nasal Spray to the hospital at noon.  Here it is 430pm and she still hasnt received it  Answer Received is it has to go to pharmacy to be scanned and cleared  Its 7pm amp just talked to my wife  STILL HASNT RECEIVED SALINE NASAL SPRAY SOLUTIONShe has an awesome night nurse Pamela Holmes thats helping her and she cant get an answer for us either.I only took it there as my wife said the doctor making rounds that morning had prescribed and authorized nasal spray and it hadnt been delivered.  So doctors spray and my spray hasnt been deliveredI definitely would not recommend JWH.  I shouldve taken her to St. Francis Medical Center on Charter Colony.

Very dispointing surgey support services lack of response by Top Management. Surgery was good. Processing me in didnt follow the written instructions they had given me on that process. While recovering nurse suppose to monitor me hourly to maintain my stock of fluids to flush things out I was almost empty with these fluids and the nurse said I back in a few minutes hours later she nor anyone else had broungh in fluids. I sent written descripion of their errors to Top Management who are suppose to respond to complaints. That was months ago and so far Top Management has done no response to me. My next step is to make these comments on social media and to file a complaint with state health officials so maybe then JW Management will act so other patients will not have as many bad experiences there.

The operation ran very smoothly. Surgeon came in and talked tio me and answered my concerns and questions. The hospital took care of me and was friendly.

They did everything ok but the next day I never got anything to eat because of a test. So when the orders came in to eat they discharged me that was about 330.That only thing that made my stay not to miserable was that my transport person was a great help. I forgot her name but will remember her face. I wish I could get her name. She made sure I got something to eat while waiting on my ride. She paid for my food I tired to give her back her money but she wouldnt take it. I really do appreciate her. People like her makes your bad day and well. Thank you very much.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Went to the ER and was seentreated in a timely manner.
