I scheduled a mammogram 930 for 1111. I get there this morning to be told I cant get it done because I got my Covid Booster shot less than 6 weeks ago Central Registration insists they shouldve told me when I scheduled yet states they just started back last week telling people this. This was a complete waste of time It was already frustrating enough to circle the parking deck because of the employees parking where it clearly states patientvisitor parking ONLY Then being bombarded by those in the hallways who evidently were late to work. This was just an overall BAD EXPERIENCE

This we show up slogan is an absolute lie My wife came in at 5p.m. for a heart event and very swollen legs and feet It is now 4 a.m. and she has had two ekg and and IV put in wrong to draw blood I had to ask the head of the ER nurse staff to come out and speak to us about getting a recliner because she needed to be admitted but there were no beds Not because of COVID either She was dismissive to us both. I also dealt with the front desk staff who were incredibly rude to everyone Only one nurse was helpful Chelsie Thank you for her Do not go to this hospital Insurance companies are over paying for any service you receive here She still has had no test done outside of the blood they took and that has been all Certainly have not shown up for my wife Chippenham shame on you

Worse experience ever. The Doctors and Nurses do the not communicate with authorized family members to let them know the status of their patients. My daughter was transported to this hospital around 500 in the morning and no one ever came out to give us her status. I kept asking for the nurse and the Doctor and kept being told that it would be a while. They never came out about 6 hours later she was moved to a room and still no update from the Doctor or Nurses. The next day a Doctor came in to evaluate her and gave some diagnosis. Two days later she was moved out of the hospital so now I don’t know where she is. What kind of hospital is this that don’t let family members know the status of their patients and also advise them when they are moving them.

Considering the overworked and underpaid Staff they are as efficient and effective as can be

Currently waiting in the Peds ER with my four month old and have been here for close to two hours no check in or triage. I understand that they prioritize but keep getting moved to the bottom of the list. Waiting hours on end with a 4 month old is not sustainable. Wish I had gone to VCU instead.

I had surgery on 102521. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist Dr. Edwards is was truly amazing from beginning to end. But the mosting person through the whole process was Dr. SasaGrae Espino. This is the most caring physician you could ever meet

Dr. Ryan Gocke and his staff and the other doctors there are excellent at what they do. The nursing staff at CJW took excellent care of me even though there was a shortage of nurses. The meals provided were the best hospital food Ive ever had. Im healing very well.I recommend them to anyone needing excellent care.

I was in excruciating pain. After the CT I learned I had a 10cm cyst on my ovary. After a follow up I had to have emergency surgery because it had twisted on itself 4 or 5 times and cut off blood supply to my ovary. So imagine the pain I was in as it took SOOOOO LOONNGGG to be seen to get labs to get to CT in your ER. There were multiple people moaning and vomiting around me while I sat in my wheelchair doing the same for 6 hours. I never got a bed even though I explained that I was in so much pain sitting.I was already there because they needed to correct a mistake that gave my daughter a joint infection from improperly sterilizing surgical tools THEN I had to gather up enough energy to go find a nurse for the elderly lady beside me who every medical personnel that walked by ignored THAT made me even angrier I know some hospitals aren’t as good as others but I would imagine you all can do better

Would be a negative or a zero. Place is the worst. Staff is horrible. Don’t waste your time

Chippenham Hospital staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to serve me as a patient.
