Dr. Ratliff has performed 1 Biopsy on me and a few years later a Fusion Biopsy. I follow up with him every 6 months to see how my Prostate is doing. At this time I am healthy and continue my treatment according to his advice. Nice Office and he listens to you when you talk.
Dr. Ratliff is very professional but also very personal in manner. You don't feel like another number or item to be checked off on a clipboard. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ratliff to family and friends seeking assistance with Urology needs.
Yes, he did my surgery this morning and everything went well. He also called my wife after surgery and did a wonderful job of explaining the procedure.
Very cold and seems disinterested in his patients. Seems like his patient care practices are very dated and not current.
Terrible. Arrogant and out of touch with current treatment protocol.
The worst urologist ever do not go to him o
I have been seeing Dr. Ratliff for over 10 years since first going to him regarding a fairly serious badder condition which required fairly serious surgery. He is extremely through in his explanation of exams. Although I have moved 90 miles away, I continue to drive to Richmond to see him because I value his knowledge of my situation and staff is very nice to deal with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
