Given my age, I have been to too many doctor's appointments. ?? Dr. Franks is the best of the best. He knew my case and my medical issues BEFORE he entered the room. He confirmed what he knew about me, with me, slowly without the typical hurry-up attitude. Dr. Franks presented numerous options to move forward and helped me along without pushing. He exhibited confidence and optimism. I left encouraged. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Franks. He is really the best of the best!

I was nervous going in as a guy, but he put me at ease through each procedure and even got to the bottom of other issues I had medically. He makes you feel welcomed even after the appointment and you know he is in the fight for you.

As a guy I was pretty nervous at the thought of having anything go in me, but Doctor Frank was immediately comforting and put me at ease with his humour, professionalism and bed-side manner. You can easily tell he gives a Damn and will fight for every patient he gets, even if it is a one time visit. He listens to you, explains everything and is very encouraging.

Dr. Franks is a phenomenal surgeon as well as a compassionate and empathic physician. He gives his heart and soul to each of his patients and works tirelessly to give his patients the best outcomes possible. If I could give zero stars, I would.Terrible experience seeing Dr. Franks. My first appointment went along the lines of “I don’t trust doctors from the north” so he made me redo all the labwork and ultrasounds from years prior. The second visit, he came into the exam room without a mask and did the visit. Thankfully, it only lasted five minutes. I will not be returning.
