The front desk staff who are supposed to help set up appointments are horrible. Worst service I have ever received, and on numerous occasions. Trying to reschedule because at the last minute, the nurse practitioner wasn’t going to be there, and as I’m talking, I get cut off and she won’t stop or let me speak. Was very condescending and rude. I raised my voice to see if she could hear me, and she said not to raise my voice at her and hung up. Couldn’t get anyone to answer as I’m calling back. Left multiple messages with the office manager, and still have yet to hear back. This is for a dire situation with my young son, and his pediatrician even called and told them to see him immediately. That was weeks ago, and now I can’t even get anyone to help me reschedule. Screw this place. They clearly do not have standards on customer service, or care about how staff treat customers.

Wow. Richmond Dermatology should run the entire country. Most efficient health care provider I have ever encountered in my life. Had an appointment today for annual skin check at 10 am. Back in my car by 10:25. Check in, appointment, and check out was seamless. Dr. King was great! I’m just shocked how good a system they have set up. Most health care providers would still have me in the waiting room at 10:25. Highly recommend!

Practice used to be great! Now it is too busy. The doctors never have appointments available and they do not return phone calls.

Dr. Elizabeth Henderson is a wonderful dermatologist. She has the best bedside manner, she is gentle and very kind. Her entire team has the best customer service from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. I thought I would never find someone after my lifelong dermatologist retired, but Dr. Henderson is amazing. Thank you Richmond Dermatology for finding the perfect Doctor for my Psoriasis. I'm finally completely clear!

Dr. Wallace and his team were absolutely fantastic. Their knowledge, professionalism, skill and the personal manor they worked with me to remove a Basal cell in a difficult location was perfect. They were calming and I appreciate the level of personal care provided. Highly recommend them! Ned Crosby

My doctor at Richmond Dermatology is great. However, the front desk is hard to tolerate. They are unprofessional each and every time. I may change practices due to the front desk staff.

Dr. King and team, Becca and Destiny, are amazing! I was feeling a little hopeless about a skin issue and her clear, direct, and pragmatic approach really gave me hope. Also, the entire process was very streamlined which meant I was in and out quickly. It took a while to get an appointment, but it was worth it! Highly recommend Dr. King, Becca, and Destiny!

I have been a patient of Richmond Dermatology for many years now. I was recently referred to Dr. Wallace in the Mohs Surgery Center to remove a cancerous growth. Dr. Wallace and his entire staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Wallace is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and has a calming approach as he thoroughly explains and guides you through all of the available treatment options. Dr. Wallace and his staff seem to genuinely care about their patients and I highly recommend them.
