My 2nd appointment with RHD and Dr. Imajo. I am pleased as I was the first time. Dr. Imajo spent a generous amount of time with me to help me with my own hearing aids to see how they performed and where they lacked. I do have a better understanding after today of what can be accomplished with these hearing aids for now. Thank you again Dr. Imajo for your help today and your kindness and friendliness. Its always a pleasure to visit your office. - Steve.

They see to it you are always pleased with your hearing aids. They will see you as many times it takes to make you happy. They don't stop caring cause you have your hearing aids. The staff is excellent .

RHD gave my mother an appointment the day after I called. The person at the desk was very friendly & helpful. New patient forms, filled out online were easy to navigate. Susan, the audiologist was friendly & kind & took a lot of time to explain my mother's hearing test & options in hearing aids.
