The technician who performed my mammogram was totally unprofessional! She was not helpful, she was not instructive, she did not share the process with me, I had to ASK everything I needed to know about the process and procedures following!!! She totally trivialized the procedure by babbling incessantly about nothing and certainly nothing about what she was doing!!! All women I know are concerned with irregularities which may develop in their breasts and are keen on the procedure being taken very seriously and carried out professionally, thoroughly and with dignity for the patient. This woman did none of this! I left there confused, upset and feeling degraded and with no sense of confidence that the images taken were of quality to make a diagnosis! It was appalling!!!

I had an MRI done. The whole appointment was quick (as MRI's go), and easy. The desk receptionist and technician doing the MRI were very patient with me - I move slow.Also, I bruise easily. Not a mark was left from the IV for the contrast!

I pre-registered, all my paper work. was done online.I receiveda barcode for them to scan when I arrived. They printed my paperwork and put my ID band on and away I went to Radiology.

Great Birth experience. Great friendly staff I loved Dr. Bachrach and the Anesthesiologist. There was an instance were I went without pain meds almost the whole day I tried calling my nurse several times however they were too busy to get to me. I was very frustrated because my pain was pretty bad after my C-section. finally my husband decided to go out and talk to someone. He found nurse Tanya who immediately got me my meds and apologized. She stated she would make sure I was taken care off the rest of the night and boy did Tanya deliver on her promise. The next day the nurse director came and talked to me about the incident and apologize for it, the rest of my stay was great. Prior to my pain med incident the nurses were amazing and afterwards they were amazing I am not sure what happened that one day with that specific nurse that dropped the ball however I give 5 starts because I feel that 90% of my stay was an amazing experience. I would definitely have other children there if I were planning on having more.

They forgot to perform a BUN/Creatine blood work prior to injecting me with Contrast.

I was in pain and was not able to walk. I was there for 4 1/2 hours. I wasn’t given anything for the pain and the doctor expected me to walk out of the hospital when I couldn’t put any weight on my leg

Went in for an annual mammogram and found office staff as well as the medical technician to be friendly and professional. All complements and no complaints!
