List of Sarah Cannon's Reviews
Nice hospital. Clean. Directional signs really need to be bigger. You can walk by and not see them. Nice, friendly staff.
Nurses were super nice!
The setting was welcoming. Staff members were efficient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Thank you.😉💙
Was in the ER for 11 hours. No beds available, patients hollering in pain for an entire 9 hours in front of everyone. The public shouldn’t have to see people in pain like that. They should have found a room for them. I saw plenty of space as I was taken to get a ct-scan.
After waiting almost 12 hours for a room. After that is wonderful however, the wait was horrible anf very uncomfortable while in pain. Hopefully I won't be charged for a room while in the er for a room.
Things were speedy and the nurses were top notch!! I would recommend them to anyone.
They were extremely friendly, helpful, well organized and professional. More Parking and better signs outside to direct you would be nice.
I had an excellent experience from checkin to my actual MRI. The MRI nurse/technician was truly engaged, knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners.Blessings
I had fractured my ankle on a friday night around 11pm. I was taken to the ER by ambulance close to midnight. When I arrived I was put on a mobile hospital bed and the nurses introduced themselves professionally and then basically put me in a corner near the wall. I laid there for hours in excruciating pain (my foot was turned in the opposite direction). I would say i finally got a room about 1.5 hours later. I was in extreme pain and the nurse kept saying she would see if the doctor would order something to help. One time he did, after that i laid in that bed till aproxx 630am almost in shock at this point when the doctor decided it was time to maneuver my foot back into position. The ER seemed very low staffed and new nurses learning on the job, so that made things worse. I was nervous someone might make a mistake. The full time nurse and doctor in the ER with much experience , i have to commend them on a great job done, even though it was just themselves, plus rookie nurses learning. I understand it takes a while to process in the ER but i truly believe when someone has a completely fractured ankle and its going the wrong way, I believe that person should have received medical attention right away.
I scheduled a mammogram 9/30 for 11/11. I get there this morning to be told I can't get it done because I got my Covid Booster shot less than 6 weeks ago!! Central Registration insists they should've told me when I scheduled, yet states they just started back last week telling people this. This was a complete waste of time!! It was already frustrating enough to circle the parking deck because of the employees parking where it clearly states patient/visitor parking ONLY!! Then being bombarded by those in the hallways who evidently were late to work. This was just an overall BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
