About a year ago I had a cat bite at the animal hospital I worked at that caused an infection in my flexor tendon and I was in the early stages of developing trigger finger not to mention at risk for sepsis. I felt so much compassion from everyone between my frustrations with workers comp, the procedure itself and my anxieties, and the follow up checks. I was in awe at these guys and this center so much that I’m actually going back to school for surgical technology. These guys are incredible.💜

Kudos to the nurses at the ambulatory center for easing me through my first major surgery. They took wonderful care of me and made everything easy from beginning to end. So kind too!

I was notified the day before surgery that they would only accept half down and two payments. I offered to make three payments. They would not budge. After going to their website they list several other options which I may have done but it was to late. I have dealt with many medical facilities and they were all better than this place.

For a placed named after the mother of Jesus Christ these are the most cold hearted careless people I have ever met. They turned away my 9 year old daughter because I didnt have 400 dollars immediately to pay the 20% coinsurance before the surgery. Meanwhile my daughter sits here at home in pain and suffering because the thousands of dollars I have already spent on medical bills and I insurance has tapped me out completely. This is the saddest excuse for the medical facility I have ever seen and I highly encourage anyone seeking medical treatment to go elsewhere and if your doctor uses this facility find a new one.

I was notified 4 days before my scheduled surgery that I need to pay up front. The day before surgery after being told they would work a payment plan out I was told they wanted 50% down and two payments. I requested 35% and 3 payments taken from my account.They would not budge on the two payments. Their website states you can make 6 payments so that is not true. I could have rescheduled and paid in full in 10 weeks but I will never use this facility for any reason so I canceled my surgery.
