Doctors are good but the food service is particularly horrible . Also, I have to contact the dietary people several times a day because they either can’t follow simple dietary requirements or don’t care. I’m starting to wonder what type of people are actually preparing the food.

After months trying to relocate a family member from another state, Vibra’s admissions staff made it easy to make the transfer. Their level of care and responsiveness was unmatched. The staff are caring and compassionate. The facility is bright and cheerful. I am thankful for them.

My husband is a patient there. He has fallen twice because they weren't watching him, even though they knew he tends to get out of bed and fall. I have tried unsuccessfully for 6 hours this evening to call and check on him. Nobody picks up the phone in his room or the nurses' station. The nursing supervisor took my number and said his nurse would call me back, but that was 2 hours ago. This place is understaffed and chaotic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I have to say there is limited to say about this hospital. The positive is Jessica, the leasion between Vibra and VCU, the social worker, Heather and the physical therapy group, who needed more team players to be able to do their job. Negatives...too many to list and I would suggest a closer look at the nurses responsibility and care to patients lack extremely. Patients are not a priority there.

My nephew spent almost 3 weeks at Vibra in Richmond. The nurses and assistants were attentive and caring. Administration was on top of things and very responsive. My nephew even liked the food! I would recommend Vibra To anyone I know that needed care.

Most of the nurses are very friendly and attentive. They are great about getting you cleaned up. Resp therapists are good with scheduled breathing treatments and very knowledgeable.

This facility is a great place to recover and the staff is amazing, I would recommend this place to whoever needs rehab and assistance thank you to everyone their that was apart of my recovery 🧡
