The in office visits were exceptional. However, the second cataract surgery performed on Jan 12, 2021 was very unpleasant, nightmarish in fact. It was painful throughout the procedure. It was my opinion that there was not enough sedation medication was administered. Dr. Rosenberger was aware of my extreme discomfort, but continued with the procedure. I feel an investigation should have been initiated in this case and a formal follow-up offered. No one should have been subjected to such crass treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend having cataract at this facility.

Went to have my eye examined after work injury. The nurse that asks you a thousand questions was very rude. Not only did she ask me at least 6 times if I was allergic to anything she got very short bc I didn’t know the zip code to the pharmacy where I get prescriptions filled. I literally had to google it for her. Pretty sure that is not my job. Then the dr came in and was trying to flip my eye lid up(like kids did when you were little) and bc my eye was already irritated it was painful, so I moved away. He seemed to be upset. Will never go there again.
