Dr. Schleicher appeared to be very skilled, polite and professional in his surgery procedure. The entire staff was polite and professional in their work and the whole process was quick and easy with all concerns addresses and complete instructions on follow-up requirements provided.

I've had several skin surgeries over the years due to being at an increased risk of skin cancer. Some of the former experiences left a lot to be desired. That was certainly not the case here. The entire office was friendly and efficient. Holden, the surgery assistant, was outstanding in terms of making sure that I was comfortable and understood the procedure. I did not even feel the local anesthetic while it was being administered, and that is normally the painful part. Dr. Schleicher was kind and compassionate to me, and thoroughly outlined his planned course of action. The stitches are practically non-existent for a fairly large incision. I've had minimal pain, and very little discomfort after a couple of days. To me, that is a testament to the high quality of the surgery that was performed, as I've had other surgeries that were more minor but had a lot more pain afterwards. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing a skin surgery.

Had Dr. Schleicher for an injury in 2021. He did an amazing job, above and beyond my expectations. He’s also very personable. He was very comforting during an extremely difficult time. Sad to see him leave my area but I’d follow him wherever he goes if I ever need a plastic surgeon again.

Wonderful group at skin surgery center of Virginia. Dr Schleicher is very professional but also has a super nice, down to earth and understanding way about him. His expertise are second to none and I trust him totally!

Love Dr. Schleicher. Worth the 8hr trip from OH to VA to keep him as my plastic surgeon. He truly is an amazing doctor. The love and compassion he has for his job and patients can not be put into words. Wonderful human being. Til next year when I return. Can’t wait!!!
