Years ago ( 2001) he botched my tummy tuck. It left me with lopsided saddle bags. I'm embarrassed to add that the mons protrudes so much, it bulges. I can't wear a slim dress, leggings or swimsuit ever since. It can't even be hidden with long shirts. This butchery has caused me great distress, humiliation, and has affected my lifestyle. Don't allow this butcher to perform anything on your body!

As a peer of Doctor Thomas I can assure you he is very well trained, an excellent surgeon and, beyond that, a great person.

Dr. Thomas is an incredibly gifted, amazing surgeon, and all of his staff are friendly, helpful, and caring! His expertise and skill allowed me to get back to living a normal life when I wasn't sure it would be possible. During the time I spent in the hospital because of a traumatic leg injury (2 different stays for a total of 18 days), Dr. Thomas visited every day to make sure my care was progressing well and giving me the support I needed. When I was home, he was available to answer all my questions and concerns. Due to my injury, my recovery time was months long, and I knew Dr. Thomas and his entire staff were there for me the entire time! I cannot thank him enough for the care he gave to me throughout my recovery!!

Dr. Thomas and his staff have been wonderful to work with. His attention to detail is right on and his calm nature has put me at ease. Also have been very pleased with the breast reconstruction he has performed.

Just to give a little background; this is my 4th breast surgery. The first one to get saline breast implants for cosmetic reasons. The 2nd and 3rd due to the right breast implant rupturing. The last one Dr. Thomas did, which is silicone. He has the BEST bedside manner. He called me the evening of the surgery at 10pm just to make sure that I was doing ok, none of my other plastic surgeons EVER did that. Everything was explained in detail, due to the right implant being encapsulated. If you are thinking of getting silicone implants I highly recommend Dr. Thomas!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Thomas and his staff (Dottie, Ruby and Sarah)! After several operations for cancer (double mastectomy) I was wanting reconstruction and was referred to Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas and his staff are first rate! They are prompt, professional and I looked forward to every visit.

I feel great and look great. I have no visible scars.

He was very nice, HOWEVER, my experience wasn’t a good one. I had a breast augmentation in January this year , the implant on my left side did not fall causing me to need a revision to lower the inframammary fold. I had the revision in April and once healed (about a month) felt the crease was too low. I brought my concerns to the doctor and showed him how when i lifted my arms my left implant basically fell completely down An did not have a normal breast shape. His response was that it was not as round as the other but that he didn’t think the risks of a third surgery were worth the “subtle” differences. I left the office and went to another doctor for a second opinion, this doctor told me the implant was bottomed out and would also require stitching to the side because it was now too far over as well. I went back to Dr. Thomas again with concerns of the implant because it is painful at times and another plastic surgeon saw what I saw. Again I was told things looked fine an the crease didn’t need to be raised. I left and had a third opinion, and was told by a third plastic surgeon the implant was completely bottomed out and would need to be repaired. I can’t wear a bathing suit top because of how low this left crease is and the implant ripple is completely visible. I was not small chested before and I did not get a large implant. This has been an extremely costly price to pay as the revision I am facing will cost near what the original surgery did. I know things can happen and he seems to have great reviews, I just wanted to share my personal experience.

Very unsatisfied with service and attitude. Went back with my concerns and was told not his fault. Was told that I came to him with the problem. Exactly....Did not expect to leave $$$$$ with the same problem. He said he would do more surgery at an additional cost$$$$ I really don't like leaving bad reviews but the issue is still bothering me a year later. His nurse and staff were all very nice and professional.

Dr. Barton Thomas did my reconstruction from a botched job that another dr did and my results have been amazing. I heard he was an awesome dr that did awesome work and I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and contacted him. I'd recommend him to anyone he is simply great at his job. I love him❤❤❤
