If I could give the nurse 5 stars I would, but the pediatric Gastroenterologist whom we drove THREE hours with a 17 month old who gets car sick; to get answers from, would not do any tests on him. Even after both my husband and I explained the excruciating pain my baby had while having bowel movements (shaking, screaming, and gripping us in agony,) and that the medication he had been prescribed was not working properly. WE had to ask if we should switch the medication he was on to get him to even do that. He was extremely nonchalant in pretty much telling us that he'd just have to be on medication his entire life. We took it upon ourselves after the appointment to cut gluten out of his diet since that was the only thing we hadn't tried, seems to have been the problem. Would have been nice to get answers from the doctor that we drove literal hours for.
Love Dr Renick. Hes a great Doctor and does so well with children. My son Gabriel trusts him and that is what matters to me
My boys have been coming here since birth and we absolutely love Dr. Craft. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful!
Terrible doctor office with poor customer service and lazy nurses and doctors! Can we get the AI and robots soon please?
Came to the doctors office today so my kid could have their well check up and I was very furious that many people who checked in after us pretty much went straight back! Out appointment time was at 9 and we were not called about h til 20 minutes later! That is absolutely ridiculous. Use to love the Postal drive location but not anymore!
I’m going with a four , usually it would be 5 starts because everyone here is so amazing , BUT if you want a sick appt you can’t plan it ahead … you have to call the day of for an appt , which is most of the time fine but the hours listed say your open at 8am , I have been calling since 8 to get my daughter an appt and it still says you guys are closed ? It is now 8:24 - if you don’t technically open till 830 or your phones don’t cut on until 830 then that’s the hours that should be listed . I’m trying to get a jump on as we all know appointments are limited - just a little bit of an inconvenience , but aside from that we love it here and we love allllllllllll the doctors ! ESPECIALLY Dr.A
Dr. Dalton is AMAZING!! My son (3yrs old) has a fear of the doctors office and today we had an appointment for him for swimmers ear and my son absolutely LOVED him. He is going around telling everyone that he loves his Dr. Dalton and that he isn’t scared of the doctor anymore and it means so much to me that he is now comfortable there and doesn’t look at it as a bad place to be!! Thank you so much Dr. Dalton for being so sweet to my boy!
Have roaches in the lobby
Quick and easy in car COVID test.
Please read the whole message. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about my daughters pediatrician, Christopher Pierce. He has treated my daughter whenever she has gotten sick and has pleased me as a parent during every meeting. Between Christopher and the nurses Carilion has earned some stars. We recently had a new child and Dr. Pierce was booked up so we were forced to try someone new as this was a mandatory 2 day post birth checkup. Don’t go to Mark Patterson! I went to him for my newborn son since my daughters pediatrician was busy and I had no choice. After the visit, he said everything looked healthy yet my wife feared he had symptoms of jaundice. We went to another doctor and they validated that he has jaundice. This was the very next day after the appointment. Mark did not inform me during the visit or put it in public notes for me to read. Now I have to make a second appointment and pay for a visit due to his lack of communication. Be picky about what pediatrician when going to this office. These are the early stages of your child’s life and they deserve top notch care every visit! Don’t settle for mediocre or sub par when they are billing the same for great care other pediatricians provide. If I did not know any medical professionals personally and have them check then who knows how bad this could have gotten before the next doctors visit. Mark should go through some training on how to communicate every detail during a visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
