From what I read about the dermatologist and my amazing experiences with all the Dr’’s at Carillion I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Got a ref in Jan appt was this week September… needless to say the wait is horrid for new patients. I seen Dr.C very nice human him an the staff with him. Very fast talker tho he’s got a lot of patients however he’s gotta take his time imo bc these appts aren’t free.
Very caring and understanding. I look forward to the next visit because they explained everything.
Dr. Dorsey is rude and it is not unusual to overhear her berating people in the office. She is poorly prepared and always at least 30 minutes behind schedule. Even at that she rushes in and it's like she is from Mars and has no idea why she is with you and resents your presence in her office. I suggest she seek help.
Dr. Pickard has done more to treat my toenail than any other doctor.
I had a special time with all of the nurses and doctor Holiday
Dr Wakefield was our family dermatologist & moved to this practice, We called to schedule an appt. and they told us we now needed a referral to see him. So our PCP sent in a referral to see him, We called back to schedule and the clinic said they felt we didn't need to come in for yearly skin checks even though my husband has had skin cancer in the past and refused us as patients. They participate with our insurance. Office staff was rude.We will find another practice who wants our money. I recommend avoiding this practice.
Hardly any wait time for my morning appointment. The dermatologist was friendly, caring and knowledgeable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
