I would just like to recognize Dr. O’Malley! I was so worried after Dr. Smith retired who would be my new PCP, but after meeting with Dr. O’Malley I was no longer worried! She makes me feel seen and heard and she takes the time to listen to what I have to say. I don’t feel rushed or not acknowledged and that’s an amazing feeling! She truly cares for her patients and you can tell that. No matter if it’s in person, over the phone or through MyChart!

Would give it 0 stars if i could the nursing staff is rude especially the booking personel and its quite hit or miss with the doctors being professional

I called because my son was driving in from Blacksburg to see his Dr. he was going to be 10 mins. late. I was told they would not be able to see him then. I find this extremely poor, as we all know when you go to see the Dr you never get in on time. This is a really poor practice. I will be looking for a new Dr now as this practice has gone way down hill, they are only in it for the money!!!!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Everyone is entitled to their opinions regarding the negative reviews posted but from my personal experiences I couldn't be any happier from the care I've received. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable yet personable. Thanks to everyone here that work so hard to provide exceptional service!

I will never go in this place again I was 10 minutes late and they told me I had to leave they don't care if you're sick they're rude what kind of doctor's office does that? It's sad when you realize people do jobs that they really don't care about they're just doing it for a paycheck I guess that's OK. Who wants to go to doctors office that's makes you feel worse
