Cannot express enough how much care you get here. The owner saw our daughter after hours because she was having an allergic reaction. They listen and care and truly have all their patients interests first. Cannot give enough praises.

I felt heard and taken care of. They took their time to find a prescription that wouldn't interfere with a preexisting condition. I'll definitely be back if I need an urgent care visit in the future. In and out in ~45 minutes as a new patient, wonderful experience.

Went here to get my physical took an eternity just for the doctor to come but the staff is very nice would recommend they have tv in the rooms 😁

My husband took our son in Saturday because his neck was visibly swollen and he couldn't eat because it was so painful. They sent him home with nothing and said he was probably getting sick. He ended up having oral surgery Monday for a stone in his salivary gland. I guess they don't really know my child, but this is a kid who hates to go to the doctor and wouldn't ask to go unless there was something wrong with him, not just a cold. What a total missed diagnosis. Maybe you need to slow down and listen to your patients or just give up the practice of medicine before you hurt someone because you can't listen.

I do not have a primary care physician. I fell and had a nasty facial laceration. PA-C Tony Steiner stitched me up. He did a wonderful job and after having the stitches removed today I see there will be minimal scaring. Everyone was so very nice. I highly recommend them.

Express Family Care Bonsack has been my primary source of medical care MANY times . As a nurse, the good news is they are always helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention~ affordable. You truly could not ask for better service! The wait can be long (!!) but it beats the 30 to 60 days the PCP offers especially if you are sick or need that school physical. Bring a good book or some IG reels to watch- It's worth it.

This is my favorite urgent care to go to but after my last experience with Ryan McLennan two weeks ago, I am not happy because my problem did not clear up with the information I was told because he was using google and I was told to make a dentist appointment, which didn’t make a difference. I had to go to my PCP which they prescribed me medication.
