We had a need for care quickly as I was pretty sure we were dealing with strep, but given the state of care at most of the Doctor's offices, I was not even going to waste time trying to get in with our Ped, so we went to Express yesterday and they were wonderful! From check-in to discharge - very efficient. We were the only ones in the waiting room most of the time. It is clean and they run it like a very well oiled machine. The Nurse, Mrs. Brandy, was SO patient with my 7 year old when she was deathly afraid of the strep culture, and the PA's were also just as great. I am 100% happy with their care. They sent a rx to Walgreens (which took about 10 mins in line and another 30 minutes to fill), but overall, I am happy I skipped all of the nonsense and went to Express on Brambleton!

Outstanding service! The front office staff was helpful and courteous, and we were taken to an exam room within 20 minutes. The triage nurse was thorough and Dr Allgood was friendly, compassionate and had a great bedside manner. We received wonderful care and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Took my kid in today and waited 45 minutes in waiting room ti then get taken back and put in a room for another 45 minutes. Asked the nurse how much longer as we had to be at our other child’s graduation (not thinking this would take 2 hours) and she said with a strong attitude (as two nurses were just sitting and chit chatting) that there was a very complex case in front of us but we were next and sometimes it takes a lot longer…no sorry for your wait or anything…then we decided to leave since we didn’t have anymore time and no clear answer on when we would see the doc (simply to have his ears looked at) and our child loves the place because he gets a popsicle which no one else in the valley does (and is a great selling point for a child to cooperate with the doc) and he’s screaming no mama I want a popsicle and crying as we leave…(the two nurses don’t even offer a popsicle and say I’m sorry it didn’t workout and this has been a strange morning we hope you come back I’m sorry)…just staring at us…Literally there was no one even there. The nurse said the PA was training someone but I’m not sure how that would slow the process down that much. This place use to be on top of it but today was a joke. Went to another place and was in and out in 30 minutes and they had a waiting room full.

The front desk receptionists were very kind and helpful in getting me checked in quickly. Once in, the physician’s assistant was very kind and had great bedside manner as well! Overall, very efficient and great patient care.

My husband and I were seen by Dr. Leatherland and our nurse was Chris. We started feeling Ill while traveling from PA to SC. We were treated so professionally and courteously by the staff. We had the flu and we’re given meds for our recovery. I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone was at this express care. We found a diamond in the rough. Thank you so much for caring.
