Friendly staff - only complaint is the long wait time - an hour & a half after my appointment time. But, I understand that often those things are beyond their control and they certainly didn't rush the time they spent with me.

We had been exposed to Covid during the past week. Called this morning, tested this afternoon and got results in 15 minutes. The staff is kind, cordial and very knowledgeable. Superb communication and willing to share their knowledge. Modern facilities and a pleasant event!! I would recommend them 100%. It does not get any better than this.

My wait was a bit long; about 2 hours total for a COVID-19 test. A long wait is to be expected anywhere you go, though. The process otherwise was pretty streamlined and everyone was super friendly. I like that you can make appointments, complete patient forms, and upload photos of your insurance card online. You can also see where you are in "line" once you've checked in using that program. I'll definitely be visiting them for any future needs.***Wanted to also mention (assuming that this process is the same for everyone) that they conduct both a rapid antigen and a lab PCR COVID-19 test. The rapid antigen test comes back in about 15 minutes and is around 80% accurate. If your antigen test is negative, they send the PCR test (more accurate than the antigen test) away and will contact you with the results in 2-4 days. They do this to identify false negatives. The antigen test doesn't go very far up your nose, but the PCR does. Just FYI.

They were very friendly and took care of my medical issue well. My only complaint would be the length of time it took before the doctor came to my exam room along with the 20 minutes after leaving to bring back my prescriptions.
