I saw Dr Rubiano today in his Salem office & I just want to share what a pleasant experience it was! The entire office staff was kind & a joy. I was a few minutes late because I had a hard time finding it in the building & they were so understanding. The receptionist was very personable & sweet. I would highly recommend this office. Dr Rubiano was very relaxed, knowledgeable & professional.

I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment at this office and these folks do not answer their phones at all, l always get a recording, instructing me to leave a message with my name and number. However, when l leave a message, my call is NOT returned. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Dr. Rubiano is fantastic! He answers all questions, takes his time, and is knowledgeable and friendly. I chose him for my foot surgery and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend him!

Dr Rubiano is one of the most caring, understanding, and professional doctors I have ever known. He never has a frown on his face, he always has a smile and a kind word to start your visit with. Being an RN, I have had the opportunity to work with plenty of doctors, and I consider Dr Rubiano among the top 10!

I first visited Dr. Rubiano, in September 2019 and based on treatment results, staff professionalism, time of appointment and personal attention along with follow up I would and have recommended Dr. Rubiano to personal/professional referral prospects. The wond clinic at Lewis Gale Salem presents an above standards professionalism and Team cohesion, one of the best I've encountered and I retired after 35 years in the Health Care Arena as a Hospital Consultant......

I was having trouble with the bone on the outside of the foot. I was referred to Advanced Wound Care, Dr. Ivan Rubiano. I would just like to say that Dr. Rubiano is one of the most caring and kind physicians I have gone to. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubiano if you should have podiatry problems. Dr. Rubiao is wonderful....the tops in my book.
