About to celebrate 5 years here, working in Rehab! 30+ years in the field! The commitment to resident care at Kissito is evident every day- I have what I need to do my job well and to serve my residents in their unique and challenging needs. I have the support of a team of caring clinicians who have been here with me and who continue to grow. I see great retention in rehab - no job is perfect and Covid really challenged us, but this team is strong and doing great things every day . Happy to be a part of it .

Please don't sent your family members here. They are very unprofessional, and will not look out for the wellness of your family member. They allow patients drink alcohol, and smoke. You will have no say so about the care of your family member. This is the worst nursing home ever. I regret signing my husband in here.

Do not work for this company. They care nothing for their employees. They cheat you out of time that was hard earned. You give them 1000% dedication and it doesn’t count for anything. They don’t believe in giving raises to the ones who are truly an asset to their company. No matter what you do, it’s never enough. They don’t acknowledge your strengths just your weaknesses if any. If you’re not a nurse or administrator you are treated with the lowest esteem. Take heed people. I know first hand.
