I don't understand why they stop seeing patients at 7pm when it clearly says open until 8pm and there were no vehicles in the parking lot. I was told the doctor needed to catch up on her paperwork. I'm sorry but at my job I have to help customers until I close and then if I have to stay late to get my stuff done then so be it. It's called great customer service. Especially the fact that someone is in need of medical attention that doesn't warrant an ER visit that late. Very disappointed in the services or lack of. Update: 2nd Time Came in to get my son a simple physical for school. Told us that the first opening wasn't until 6:45pm which was fine. Didn't get called back until 7:15pm. The amount of joking around and not focused on work was ridiculous. The young African American lady at the front has an attitude and is extremely rude. I can promise if you would have talked to my mother/wife/sister the way she did to another customer she would be the one needing a doctor. Absolutely uncalled for rude and unprofessional. She should work at McDonald's not a professional doctors office. This will be the last time I ever step foot in this office. It should be shut down if you ask me. I will be calling the corporate office and making a formal complaint.
Brought my stepdaughter in, I believe she has strep, she's pretty sick and is having a hard time swallowing because her throat hurts so bad. We got here at 8:02, one person was ahead of us. We've been here an hour so far, 7 people have come in after us including someone who announced loudly she doesn't have an appt because she couldn't figure it out. They've all gone before her. I guess my bad for not making an appt but it's an URGENT CARE.
Great environment and cute NP! 😉
Very professional staff - very kind and courteous
I came to this clinic for pre employment labs and drug screen. I highly suggest making an appointment ahead of time like I did. The front desk staff were very kind and informative. I have issues with my veins being small and deep therefore I’m usually a hard stick. Sherry is the nurse who took my blood and she got it on the first try! She is very experienced and knew what she was doing! So if you come to this clinic and know you are a hard stick ask for Mrs. Sherry :)
Made physical appt online. Walked in the lady said they don't take insurance on the phone. Gave me paperwork and she said it would be $115. I changed my mind and told her that was ridiculous. She was very unprofessional from that point on. You need to put no insurance accepted on physicals on your website so people don't waste their time.
I get that there are rules, but it’s devastating being turned away when your toddler is having an allergic reaction and you didn’t bring your ID.
Went for DOT physical and only received a 3 month certification. My blood pressure levels according to the DOT regulations said I was eligible for a 1 year certification. When I called to discuss it, the doctor, Satnam Aujla, hung up on me.
Excellent….. In & out within an hour. ALL of the staff were amazing.
It say make an appointment or just walk in and u have to make an appointment they won’t let u In this place suckes fr

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
