Was not advised we would need to be there 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out a bunch of paperwork so that is something they should really work on and let their patients know this so they can arrive early and get that done. However the CT scan was completed very quickly. Still havent received the results and no one has contacted us yet but I guess no news is good news. At least I hope so.

Excellent fast service for an MRI for an injury. Appointment was two weeks faster than the hospital and they had the results to my doctor the next day. Technician was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

My initial appointment made by my doctor did not work with schedule so when I called to reschedule the appointment they were very accommodating and got me in only 2 days after the initial appointment. Checkin was quick and pleasant and I only had to wait about 5 minutes until I was called back for my MRI. Lori was my Technician and she was so nice completely described the process to me and made sure I was completely comfortable...she even got me a blanket because it was colder in the MRI room. Everything went smoothly and my results were posted to my patient portal by the following day. This is my 34 visit to Insight Imaging for MRIs because I am claustrophobic and they have open MRI machines. This was by far my quickest visit and as usual the staff was great.

Ive been using Insight Imaging for years for all of my diagnostic testing. The best place to go. The best most up to date equipment the only open MRI machine in our area quick results usually within 24 hours. Theyre open 7 days a week although some testing may not fit into the outside of normal hours. Great high quality competent professional staff. Very clean facility they offer drinkswater. Ive never had one issue in all the years Ive been here. They have wonderful front desk staff as well. Occasionally the wait was a little longer not always but thats definitely okay because I know Im getting high quality treatment care.

People on site were friendly which normally would get 4 or 5 stars but issues with billing greatly diminished the rating. Insight had my address wrong in the system therefore I never received any bills. After several months I receive a notice from a collections agency. After contacting Insights billing department they refused to acknowledge that they were at fault for entering the wrong information and that they could not rescind bill from collections and that if I payed them directly it would taker 60 DAYS for them to contact collections. ALWAYS follow up and make sure your address is correct they will not admit it was their error nor will they make any attempt to make the situation right. I felt that billing had no interest in the situation other than collecting fees not correcting an error on their part.
