Good appointment. On time and good care.

Heather is an excellent hygienist - very thorough. My only problem was that I couldn't keep the "swishing" water from going down my throat since I was lying on my back in the chair. How do other people do it? Heather said her other patients don't have a problem with it.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr. Mehta has done great work on my teeth, and she has the lightest touch with a needle I have ever experienced. When you're in the chair and can't see what's going on she always lets you know what she's doing and what to expect. Outstanding.

I recently switched to Roanoke Dental Care because my dentist Dr. Richa Mehta transferred to this office. She is such a professional and her work is absolute perfection. I also like all of the staff. Everyone is so professional and friendly. This is a very well run office. Highly recommend.

I was a previous patient of Roanoke Dental Care years ago. Left to try a different clinic. Needless to say I came back to Roanoke Dental Care. The care i received yesterday from the moment of check in to check out was outstanding. Everyone within the group was kind, respectful, full of smiles and so knowledgeable. I will never go to another group. Thank You Roanoke Dental Care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ashlyn who is one of the managers. She is one of the rudest people I have ever delt with at a doctor's office. She told my mom that she didnt have to pay a bill then the next time she spoke to my mom she sent it to collections. They cancelled my appointment with out notifying me. Everytime it comes time for my appointment they call and text my mom with the reminder and when its time for my mom's they call and text me with the reminder. I have gone to them since I was under the age of 10 but I will never refer anyone to them ever. Also one of my most recent visits to them the dental hygienist was extremely rough and made me bleed several times I kept saying owe and stop and she kept working away and that was just for a cleaning. Y'all keep in mind that I take good care of my teeth. I have found that they have a hard time doing their jobs how they are supposed to be done.

My first visit here went smoothly and was excellent!I moved to town less than a year ago and have been looking for a new dentist lately for an annual cleaning. Getting my previous records sent over was easy and painless, as was the visit for the cleaning. Andy, my dental tech, was informative, professional, and efficient with my cleaning. She ensured that my first experience was a great one!
