Dr. Will performed cataract surgery on me earlier this year, 2018. He was wonderful in everyway. In and out quickly at Vistar, Salem. No problems. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Griffith is very thorough in his exams. He listens to the patient and creates a plan to meet their needs. I personally appreciated his willingness to explain the pros and cons all my vision options to me so I could chose the best one for me. He is very patient and knowledgeable.

He did my ICL eye surgery and now thanks to him I went from being -10 in each eye couldn't see a thing now I have 20/20 vision in both eyes he's a great doctor and I like his whole staff everyone was so nice and he did great job I recommend him if your considering eye surgery he is the very best at what he does great doctor :)!

I would like to thank Dr. Griffeth, Chelsea, and staff for the amazing job they did to fix my vision. For the past 42 years, I've been wearing glasses or contact lenses. The contact lenses were becoming unhealthy for me and causing irritation. I am now at 20/20 and the astigmatism is gone. I wish I had done it sooner but I am grateful to have him talk with me over my worries and make it one of the best decisions I have ever had to make. Many thanks, Dr. Griffeth! You rock! I highly recommend!

Very personable, very courteous. Asked me questions and actually LISTENED to my answers. Allowed me to ask questions and very thoroughly answered each one. Took the time to discuss my lens prescription and what would be the best option for me, what would best meet MY needs. Great Doc!!

I highly recommend Dr. Griffeth for cataract surgery. He explained the choices I had and procedure for having my cataract removed. He was patient and confident while treating me.

Dr. Griffeth is very professional yet very personable. He seems concerned about my eye care and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He is a skilled eye surgeon and performed my cataract surgery very efficiently.

Bumped from a scheduled appointment 2 days beforehand so never saw the doc. He was going to be "in surgery". Rescheduling got me the "next available" which was weeks off. No attempt was made to try to get me in sooner. My appointment was made months in advance and was an important one. He may be perfectly fine, never got there. Expect chain store treatment, not very personal from what little I experienced. If you love your doc, best reason to stay. Front office is tough, leaving me unsatisfied.
