Sentara Greene Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My mother is a patient of Dr. Marsha Taylor's. This doctor has had 4 days to return a call to my mother as stated by office staff. She has also been waiting for 2 weeks for prescription refills to be sent to the pharmacy. I pray my mother sees the light and finds a new doctor SOON at 76 years old she can not wait around for this woman to decide to pick up the phone and do her job!

This is a basic (but wonderful) and mostly Medicaid/Medicare paid clinic ^.^ Those who have negative things to say are most likely a bit over entitled!! I have been going here for almost 10 years and have never been given a bad experience!

I won’t be back. If anyone in this office makes you uncomfortable. Please call 1-800-SENTARA and make a formal complaint. The front office staff is fine. The provider they replaced mine with (I won’t state her name because I feel like she would retaliate honestly) LEFT ME IN TEARS my last visit. Told me to read a book called “how not to die”. I have been begging for this lady to help me find stable solutions for myself! She has met with nothing but her bitterness and discrimination. She even complained to me about previous patients, didn’t recognize me on my 3rd visit with her, and even said how she believes this wasn’t a good choice to become a provider. I hope she gets removed.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. This is the worst dr office since dr napier retired, it has gone down hill.. I called the office 3 days ago, Pam told me it would be Wednesday 7/18 @ 1030am. I LEFT MY JOB TO COME HERE and they told me PAM never gave me an apt, she reset it to Thursday 7/19 at 130 WITHOUT letting me know. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Natalie Murphy is the worst doctor I have ever been to. She walks in the room saying „I don’t believe weve met“ when I’ve had two other visits with her before after switching doctors. I do Not recommend going here at all as all the good doctors have retired. None of these new doctors are willing to listen to your health concerns

Not happy at all! Especially after Dr. Laffond retired. No actual care for people

I am giving two stars because Dr Bostic has been great with my kids. KIDS! WIFE! FAMILY! Family, its in their name and yet here I am have to wandering around after a roll over auto accident looking for a new doctor, after 11 years with Greene FAMILY Medicine (Even changed insurance so "we" could continue to go there). Why? You might ask, what could I have done to kicked out of my primary doctors care? I haven't been sick in the last two years, again, I haven't been sick in the last two years. For this, when I need them more than ever, I have to leave my family at the Greene FAMILY Medicine and go find another doctor. I have found a new doctor, one that doesn't know me, my surgery history or anything about me or my family. If you want to try a new place, at this time, they are taking new patients at Forrest Lakes, Prophet and 29, behind the WaWa and above the ER.

I have been a patient of this group of Doctors since late 2016. I have not been to my PCP in almost three years. Recently contacted the office. The administrative staff were polite and efficient. The nurse was polite and efficient. The Dr. I saw via a video appointment listened well, seemed thorough, treatment plan seemed reasonable, follow up if not improved in a certain number of days seemed fair enough. The appointment process was quick, easy to navigate, and clear.

Called yesterday for an evaluation that they do not offer services for. After spending my copay, they mentioned only a psychologist can diagnose and treat my issue. How does your front office/scheduling department NOT know what services you do and do not provide.

Rude staff literally every time you call. They NEVER have appts available. You would think they should have emergency slots that should be open for last minute things. Never will call you back after they tell you they will. Really dissatisfied and will find another office.
