I absolutely love this place. Dr Khuri is amazing- and a total artist- so personable too! The front desk staff is helpful, friendly, funny, and awesome too. I love your specials! 5/5 and will return!
I have to say Mrs. Hendrick Jennifer FX. is way above every other crypto and Forex trader. I’ve invested with her and can testify of her aptitude and expertise in trading. Thanks to her for helping me profit more than $11,000 weekly. I couldn't have made it without her effort and guidance. Great Atmosphere, Caring Employees and Great Service!
First of all, I would like to say that I have worked for a company where customer reviews were received regularly and were a major evaluation of performance, so I understand the impact negative reviews can leave and I do not personally give them unless I feel they are sincerely warranted. A few months ago I had a procedure done at Allura that didn't go smoothly, to say the least. Due to machinery malfunction it took much longer than it should have and caused unbearable pain. My technician was very kind, however, and I didn't cause any sort of fuss (read: I have manners and have worked in customer service). A few hours after my appointment I received a call from the office manager apologizing for the ordeal and telling me and to make up for it that they would offer me $50 off of my next treatment appointment, making my total cost $100 instead of $150, whether that be in 12 weeks or 8 months (verbatim phrasing from the call). I thought that this was really great of them and I appreciated it and how (I thought at the time) they handled business. A couple months later I book an appointment for the same treatment, expecting the discount as I was told. This time the process went much smoother. I had a different technician who was also very kind and friendly like the first. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing major and the pain was minimal. When I went to checkout, however, I was told my total was $150. I referenced the discount I was told I would receive (which was written in my file and also mentioned to the manager by the technician) and the same office manager who told me that I would be getting the discount, told me that the price of $150 was already a promotional price that could not be discounted. So I paid the $150 because what choice did I have. Later I emailed the office for clarification and I was told again by the office manager about the promotional pricing and that she was sorry for the confusion. I don't think I was lied to or tricked (or at least I hope no one would do that), maybe when I was told the next treatment would be $100 she really thought it would be and later learned that it could not be discounted. However, it was a mistake on their part, not a misunderstanding on mine. They should have either honored the pricing that they gave me (again, as it was their mistake) or at the very least, owned up to it and told me prior to my session instead of after when I had no choice but to pay it. The extra money was annoying, of course, but the fact that they tried to almost weasel their way through their error was unacceptable to me. Had it not been for this situation, I would have gladly gone back to Allura (even despite the issues with my first appointment), but the way that this problem was handled really rubbed me the wrong way and I don't plan to return or recommend them.

Peaceful environment Great Staff
This is the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I am amazed that the receptionist/office manager has been able to keep her job. My suggestion is to replace her with a more pleasant individual who cares about the client. Some of the staff that performs the procedures are unqualified. My suggestion is to seek services elsewhere.
Day of appointment ( 4 hrs ) they call & say my Groupon cert isn’t valid because I used one in 2015. Never again
I had a microdermabrasion. It went very well. I thought the staff was professional and caring. It was my first time there.
Very Professional and work with their patients on times and dates and give great service, very friendly

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
