I’ve had many Drs. appointments at LGMC I never have to wait if I’m there at my appointment time. Everyone that I’m in contact with are always pleasant helpful.I’ve also been to their ER appreciate how quickly they have gotten me in to see a Dr..I wouldn’t want to go to any other Hospital.

There were a number of events that happened that upset me immensely. From the triage nurse relaying incorrect information from having my blood taken in a non private area. After I was out of the ER and into another part of the hospital my visit was fine.

A few years back my grandma had an erupted appendix. They misdiagnosed her with something else and almost KILLED HER.They do not care about the care of the patients nor the cleanliness of their facilities.I have attached a few other incidents THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.They can get people to post all the good reviews as they would like but this is the worst hospital to ever go to and I fully recommend anybody in the Salem area to drive a few extra miles and go to Carilion instead.If you’re not going to be clean professional or even understand how to care for others then this building needs to close.

This has been the worse hospital I have ever seen its so behind times my husband was choked the other day he called and called for someone to help him he had knocked over his breakfast tray and everything when I myself ask about it the answer i got was well he was talking so I didnt think it was that bad by the time they got therw.he was throwing up. some of the nurse has been so rude its all around been the worse days in his life he said he said would never deal with lewisgale again

I was treated with care and respect. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It means a lot when you are a little nervous to begin with. I always choose Lewis Gale for procedures when I can.

The Breast Center is beautiful and run very efficiently. Heather was very patient and gentle during both my bone density test and my mammogram. The experience was much better than I had anticipated due to her compassion and kindness.

Long line at check in then sat in hospital gown for long wait before test then the test seemed very rushed through by provider. I dont have much confidence in the results.
