Absolutely love this place , staff is so friendly and Dr. Ghani is my favourite, I have been going to her for almost two years and I love her ! She explains everything so thoroughly she’s very patient and sweet. I’ve also gone to Dr.Cheema twice and I’ve had both pleasant visits. I would recommend this place !

Dr. Amal Gubara truly stands out because of her deep experience and sharp clinical eye. She was the only pediatrician who recognized that my five-year-old’s subtle under-eye puffiness and frequent nose sniffing were signs of allergies. Several other doctors had seen him before and never mentioned it. Her ability to notice what others might overlook speaks volumes about her expertise and attention to detail. She does not dismiss subtle signs, and that made all the difference for our family. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a truly attentive, knowledgeable, and insightful pediatrician.

I was very disappointed with the front desk staff during my son’s pediatric visit. My son is 4 years old and this was his first time having an eye exam. Despite explaining this multiple times, the staff member spoke to him in a way that was not age-appropriate. She made comments like “maybe you’ll listen next time” when he touched something, and during the eye exam told him repeatedly, “if you can’t see, just say that,” while covering his eye with the spoon. The tone felt more corrective and impatient than supportive, which was uncomfortable to witness as a parent. This is a pediatric office, and children—especially very young ones—should be treated with patience and understanding. The experience felt unwelcoming, and the staff could benefit from additional training on how to interact with young children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Great clinic

Dr Gubara is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever met in my life. She is attentive, exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate. My family is deeply grateful that shes our doctor! If you’re looking for a doctor that cares - look no further because this is the practice for you!

The attention is always professional. I have been taking my children to the clinic for several years.

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a pediatrician. I requested that something be amended in my daughter chart, and Dr. Cheema told me he “can’t go back in the notes.” As someone who works in a doctor’s office, I know this can be done. When I explained that, he snapped, “Since you know everything, find a new practice.” I said I would, and he responded with, “OK, we’ll deactivate your account.” That alone was rude and uncalled for—but what shocked me most is that he told me they don’t document a parent’s personal concerns unless they believe it to be the “truth.” That’s outrageous. Ignoring a parent’s input because it’s “personal” or might not be “true” is a dangerous mindset in healthcare. I’m taking my child to a new practice—one that values communication, professionalism, and above all, patient safety.

I take my son, and we’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and really good with kids. They make my son feel comfortable and cared for every time we visit. I truly appreciate the attention they give to their young patients. The billing staff, who have been super helpful and easy to work with. They’re clear about costs, quick to answer questions. Overall, we feel very well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
