I can absolutely say that Dr.Frust is one of the kindest professional doctors I’ve ever met (and I’ve met a lot). He is very knowledgeable and gave me solution for my issue and definitely put my mind at ease. I wish his patients would take the time to review him more because people need to know where to find a great doctor and he for sure is one .

Dr. Furst was absolutely amazing. Very professional, respectful and kind- most importantly, a very good listener. He was easily able to diagnose my health issue in the first visit and tailor treatment to my needs. His staff was also very respectful and efficient. I highly recommend his office and would not hesitate to come back here if needed in the future.

Note: Although Healthgrades has Dr. Furst listed under the category of sleep medicine, his practice is otolaryngology. My review has to do with Dr. Furst's business practices. I returned hearing aids on 8/19/21, ordered less expensive ones, and was due a $1,700 refund at that time. Dr. Furst would not credit the credit card I used to pay for the original hearing aids for the $1,700 due (according to his staff) because he didn't want to pay the credit card fee. He would only pay with a check from his home office and thus couldn't pay me that day. I went back to his office to pick up the less expensive replacement hearing aids on 8/19/21 and again asked for my refund. This time I was told that Dr. Furst's home printer was not working, and somehow that prevented him from having my refund check ready. I finally got a call that my refund check was ready to be picked up on 8/30/21 - 11 days after I was due to get my refund.

Dr. Furst is a terrific physician. He has a great staff. They do everything they can to help. I've been seeing him for years, and can't recommend him highly enough.

My family would like to thank Dr. Furst and his staff for an amazing experience. They were extremely attentive to my father's needs, caring and sincere in all communication and actions during the initial consultation, the surgery, and the follow up. Through out the entire journey, both the patient and family members felt cared for. It couldn't have been better--thank you.

Dr. Furst is such an AMAZING doctor with a topnotch bedside manner! He has a good rapport with me and my family members. As an ER nurse, I can tell that he is genuinely happy being an ENT specialist and an expert in his field, just by the way he explains procedures and treatment options. I WILL definitely recommend Dr. Furst to everyone I know who needs to be seen for any ENT concerns!

After two years of suffering with my dad's issues, seeing many doctors, and also paying out of our pocket, we finally got the answer for his condition and knew the treatment after one visit to Dr Furst as a sleeping doctor. He is amazing! Highly recommend!
