Pediatric Associates Of Springfield's Online Review Report Card

I usually don't write bad reviews but this facility needs it..... I called 2 months ago looking for a speech therapist and they said they do offer that service so okay like great! This morning I went in thinking that it would be a speech therapy appointment since you know I was told that, the doctor comes in and starts doing a 2 yr old check up? Like okay cool thank you? I told her I was Under the impression that this was a speech therapy office and she said no but they do give out referrals. So I was annoyed but like okay, it is what it is but as I walk out they wanted $200 for the appointment. I told them that I have Very good insurance but they wanted a pre-authorization? Like what the hell, why Would I allow you to pre-authorize my card when it hasn't even gone through insurance? Even if my daughter didn't already have a doctor I still wouldn't have chosen this one.

Muy mal servicio 😡 el personal que atiende algunas no todas y te cobran demasiado si perdiste una cita oh 5 llegas 5 minutos tarde no te entienden y te cobran 50$ y te tienen en los cuartos hasta una hora esperando pésimo servicio no los recomiendo

If was just a review for doctors, they would get 4 stars doctors are polite and good. But the problem is the predatory practices applied by front desk staff, i had a last minute emergency and need it to reschedule because for medical reason is very difficult for me to do the 25min drive. I was forced to show up anyways and struggle so badly during the ride to there and back home that tainted my previous experience with them. The staff is problematic and she was rude and not flexible about the rescheduling, i felt the way the $50 cancellation fee they tried to impose was done in a way to make you feel treated and is just an aggressive way to gain add ons and up sell. Is the first time i heard a medical practice not having a waiver on cancellation fees in case of an emergency, i found it distasteful and not logical even more for medicaid customer because there's already a financial struggle they are lacking empathy and common sense which is important specially in place we're all families should feel welcome. Overall i don't recommend if you can avoid it, i don't think is worth enduring such bad experience in a field so important like you kids pediatrician.

Está compañía de pediatría no lo recomiendo ellos no entiende que es una emergencia y al próximo día te cobra aunque tú tengas pruebas por qué no fuiste tengo un niño enfermo y ellos me lo sacaron del sistema así no más solo por qué tuve una corte y les llame para informales la manager es muy prudente y cuando uno manda las pruebas ellos no dan un correo que está disponible y el correo que ellos dan es falso para cobrarte . No lo recomiendo es una mal experiencia que eh tenido con ellos .

This clinic has no respect or proper experience when it comes to treating children. They don’t know how to handle kids or prescribe medications correctly. Dr. Juaqline, in particular, gives appointments without asking or informing you. They also charge the insurance beyond the allowed limit for no valid reason and order unnecessary tests. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone who truly needs a reliable doctor.

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever experienced. I was with them for a year, and I can confidently say they lack respect and experience, especially when it comes to treating children. Dr. Juaqline in particular schedules appointments without informing or consulting you, and they repeatedly charged my insurance beyond the allowed limit for no valid reason. They also ordered unnecessary tests, adding to the cost and stress. I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it to anyone in need of proper medical care.
