I would give this place a zero if I could. This is a racist doctor with zero professionalism. My mom wasn’t insured at the time of her appointment(2-3 years ago), she clearly stated she would be self pay and it wasn’t an issue upon making the appointment. My mom showed up for her appointment, checked in with very friendly staff, went into the room to wait for the doctor…when Dr. Rosario finally came in she looked up and down at my mom and said “I’m not attending you.” My mom then told her “I am self pay, I’m paying for my appointment” and she said “No, you don’t have insurance and I’m not taking you” even the nurse that was her jaw dropped. My mom was at loss of words, her eyes filled with tears and she left without receiving any kind of explanation. This lady was was beyond rude and unprofessional. And if you (Doctor Rosario) have questions about this incident I would GLADLY talk to you about it.

Dr. refused to see me because I already had a primary care doctor. I don't think that should lock you into having a doctor for the rest of your life.

She'd been our family doctor for more than 30 years now. Very strict for the best of her patient and very caring.

Dr. Ferrer is pretty awesome. Very knowledgable and to the point. Good luck getting to speak w her office staff though. You can waste an entire day and only reach the mailbox sometimes. Even when they put you on hold, you are liable to end up in the vm. Very frustrating. *update - this review was years ago. I haven't had any issues since.

She's been my family's doctor for over 20 years and we love her. Very caring and yes she is to the point and will chew you out if you're not following her professional recommendations (in a loving way with a straight face). She's got great front desk staff as well. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to be a good steward over their health.

The worse careless Dr I have ever seen in the US, have not seen such Dr in the 3rd world countries. I call her more than 6th times but she never call me back for my question to answer in spite of promised each time. By for good

Dr. Ferrer is a wonderful physician, and very attentive. Phenomenal bedside manners. I'm very happy to have her treat and coach me in taking care of my health.

Wait time wasn't long, and the doctor was very accommodating. She helped explain my symptoms in detail and would recommend her to those who are looking for a doctor that provides details.
