Dr. Halpern is always kind and caring. She is knowledgeable, empathetic and always professional. She has a great bedside manner and she is able to get my son to interact with her with ease. He is shy with new people and it can be challenging to get him to open up and talk but she is able to get him to interact and talk with ease. As a medical professional myself I can appreciate how stressful this job can be, Dr. Sara Halpern is an excellent physician. I am so grateful to her for expertise on ADHD because my son likes school again and is thriving! We were hesitant to start medication and she was not pushy or condescending regarding my concerns, on the contrary she completely understood my concerns and gave me the risk benefits of each option and allowed us to make a decision in our own time. We ultimately decided to go forward with medication and I am so glad we did. My son looks forward to going to school again and is thriving. If I could give Dr. Halpern 10/10 stars I would! She is excellent!
