Kids First Pediatrics Of Stafford's Online Review Report Card

The most racist facility I have ever came across. The rude/racist staff that tries to cut you during conversation because you do not speak her language. I and my wife both were refused by the staff to take our newborn. (she said doctor is refusing). I am going to report their business to the relevant complaint office for sure 😡!!

Dr. Allegretti and her staff are absolutely amazing. All three of my kids go here and I am so grateful. She is very thorough and everyone in there is so friendly!

Disappointing Experience and Concerns with Business Listings I have attempted to secure an appointment for my newborn at Kids First Pediatrics of Stafford for two consecutive years, only to be told repeatedly that they are not accepting new patients. My experiences with their staff, particularly a nurse who responded to my calls, were far from welcoming. The responses I received were notably abrupt and lacking in the professional courtesy one would expect in healthcare settings. During my attempts to resolve this issue, I also discovered a concerning irregularity Kids First Pediatrics of Stafford appears to have a double listing on Google. This raises questions about the clarity and accuracy of their online presence. Additionally, they have it listed as they are accepting new patients online but don’t. I plan to report this to Google for clarification and rectification. While I understand the challenges medical practices face, especially in managing patient loads, the lack of transparency and courtesy in communication has been disheartening. Without any solid evidence, I wouldn’t speculate on the reasons behind their patient selection policy, although I did observe a pattern in their clientele which I found curious. This experience has led me to seek healthcare services for my child elsewhere. I advise others in a similar situation to consider alternative options for their needs, given the apparent difficulties in securing an appointment and the less than satisfactory interactions with the office staff at Kids First Pediatrics of Stafford.

Love Dr. Allegretti! She's very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to my son! She's always friendly and you don't feel rushed. They have a portal where you can communicate with staff which is a lifesaver when you have questions. She gives out lots of information and helps with referrals if needed. We really appreciate her!!

I am so thankful that I found the best pediatrician in VA doc Allegretti is the best of the best very understanding and knowledgeable, caring and always takes the time to explain everything, does not rush and when im not understanding something she put it in simple words to make sure i understand, finding a doctor like that its rare, she's compassionate and loves loves what she does you can tell by how she treats every patient. we love this office and how accommodating they are with appointments thank you so much for everything. I highly suggest doctor allegretti and her stuff, Tina is amazing and Allison too I know I called alot for scheduling and reschedule and timing and other non sense I call and you always answer the phone so nicely and politely. It's always a pleasure to come in here and call them they make me feel I'm part of the family. We have been bringing our son Ryan here since he was born. He loves Dr.Allegretti and feels comfortable enough to share anything that bothers him. He’s 19 now and still goes to his annual check up. Let’s Tina do his shots. Best service. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I trust Dr Allegretti and the staff of kids first pediatrics 100%, they have been seen my now teenagers for years, I love how they are no another patient, they are seen and talked to by their name, they always remember last conditions and issues and are on top of things, so when I had my third baby it was only one doctor I trusted that was going to give the best care and it was no doubt kids first pediatrics was my only choice and I was happy to stay with them for more years. The friendly staff and fast process makes everything smooth and easy on parents, the office is always clean and they take their time to truly check their patients and talk to parents about concerns and treatments. The best pediatric doctor in the area and very knowledgeable on special as well.

Dr. ALLEGRETTI is such a blessing to our family. She has been our pediatrician for almost 12 years and she’s wonderful! She is always so caring and very thorough with checking out our kids. Thank you for everything you do, it means so much! 💕

What a great pediatrician, and a great doctor's office. Dr. Allegretti has treated both of our kids since birth through starting college. She has taken the time understand our kids and our family. I couldn't have imagined having a better patient experience for our kids!

Kids First Pediatrics is an amazing practice. The staff are always kind, efficient and understanding. Dr. Allegretti is a phenomenal pediatrician who we have stayed with since both of our children were born - over 18 yrs! We the parents and our kids trust Dr. Allegretti implicitly because she takes the time to listen and she truly cares.
