I have never written a bad review, and writing this one is out of my comfort zone, but is an unfortunate necessity after what happened to me. I hope that writing this review may prevent someone else from going through what I did. In the past I read complaints of how patients were spoken to by the staff and looked passed them until I had experienced this behavior for myself. Initially,it was just the rudeness of the receptionists but again, I looked past it because I really liked Dr. Cambell as my physician. I even overlooked her being out of the office most days of the week and requesting appointments online. This forced me to be seen by urgent care for several minor issues. I wrote to Dr. Cambell about a question and concern I had for a prescription refilI. In her response to my inquiry/request Her true side came out and she crossed a professional line. After a few emails back and forth, and I highlighted the unprofessional treatment I was receiving, she said “you were never that important to me. I don't need to be professional with you” I was insulted and disgusted at the way I was spoked to. That is just one of the many disturbing things she wrote to me. This is concerning from someone in the medical profession. No person deserves to be spoken to in such a manner or to feel belittled by a someone who claims to be there to help people. I highly suggest finding someone who truly cares about their patients, instead of just how many co-pays they can squeeze out of them, because that person does not exist at this practice.

The negative posts on here are accurate. The front staff (Dr. C's mother and sister) can definitely be super sweet. However, if you give any type of push back you get "fired", aka: dismissed from the practice. Dr. Campbell is absolutely a fun and very nice doctor but will also turn on you like the front desk staff and you have zero recourse.

I have been going there since maybe high school, and everyone there is amazing. The pups are so adorable and I'm glad to have the staff and doctor in my life... love being around such positive people, it truly helps me and their kindness always comes through. Love you all sooo much.

I've been seeing Dr. Campbell for years, best Doctor EVER! My husband now goes and so do my two daughters. Dr. Campbell takes your entire well-being into consideration and actually spends time discussing medical issues as well as life issues. She is compassionate, understanding and fun! Dr. Campbell's office staff are equally wonderful!
