I broke my front tooth when I was 8. It’s been a constant source of embarrassment and stress my entire life, primarily because no dentist has been able to fix it while making it look natural. New Smiles fixed everything! It’s like I grew a completely new tooth. The color, the shape, and even the texture makes me feel like I was born with this crown. I couldn’t be happier with their work. There’s no reason for anyone to experience what I did when there is a dentist office like this!

This is the best dentist office I've ever been too. I went 10 years without dental insurance and when I finally got it, I needed extensive work done. I had an extremely bad tooth that needed a root canal. Dr. Rabah stayed after hours for 2 visits working on my tooth. He was so patient and never once complained. He explains everything he does and is so nice. Everyone is so friendly in the office as well. 10/10 recommend this office!

I highly recommend this practice ! Dr. Rodriguez was so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable with my whole process about fillings.

I have been using this dentist for a little over 7 years at the Woodbridge location. When we moved out to Stafford county, I wanted to keep them and was happy to see they had a location next to our new home. I had a change in our dental insurance due to me switching jobs but didn’t think it was an issue because no one ever told me I was out of network. My husband and I had regular cleanings, fillings done, and my husband had a deep gum cleaning, services that are generally covered by my dental insurance with only a copay. I received a text message that we had a bill of $1077 and some change for 4 months worth of services. I have NEVER received a bill this high from them. In fact I never received a bill at all from them. I wasn’t sure why my insurance wasn’t covering anything. After a few months back and forth of communicating with my insurance and the office, New Smiles Dental agreed to write off some of our claims. I still have to come out of pocket over $400 which I normally don’t have to pay (with the exception of getting my wisdom teeth pulled. My copay was even cheaper than that and I was referred to another dentist for this procedure). Why didn’t anyone tell us BEFORE my husband and I went multiple times that we were out of network? All doctor offices do this. If they say they take your insurance, please triple check. They told me “yes” multiple times and now I am stuck with over $400 bill out of pocket. This doesn’t even include my husband’s cleanings. I won’t use this dental office again. Thank you to Janell and the officer manager who tried their best to help. There needs to be a better process in place of alerting patients whether their insurance is accepted or not. If we had known, we would have searched for another dentist in network.

If I could give them no stars I would. Canceled my appointment without notice because I didn't answer their confirmation phone call (I work so I can't be posted by my phone). Arrived at my appointment 20 mins early as I was going to be a new patient and gave myself time to do the paperwork. The rude lady at the desk said that if you don't conform your appointment then it gets canceled. I didn't know this information and it was not posted anywhere. An email wasn't even sent to inform me that my appointment was canceled. Took off work early for no reason. Definitely finding somewhere else to go unfortunately. This was a convenient location for me. But I cannot support these poor business practices especially to new patients that are not given the information.

This is in regards to the services provided by Arezo White! Arezo is our new dental hygienist and I can tell you that both me and my wife had an exceptional experience! Her professionalism and expertise made my dental visit comfortable and thorough. She was gentle yet thorough, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the cleaning process. Arezo’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly set het apart. Highly recommend! Special thanks for the front desk. They anyways make sure for an easy process!

I have been getting a lot of work done lately and I needed a deep cleaning but was nervous to get one, and Cregan made it easy, quick, and thorough. He was fantastic, and very kind!
