5+ years ago I started attending this facility; it was an emergency situation and in some way I wanted a second opinion. The previous establishment I was getting help from had completed a poor job with preparing my jaw for 2-implants, and the mismanagement of what I owed - one day my account was paid in full then it was not and several different people from billing did not have documentation to back up the process so I moved on. This establishment however was a blessing in disguise. They are organized, well trained, have each patient’s best interest at the forefront. The accounting/billing is top notch, when giving an estimate, that estimate is on spot. The work that is done is awesome. One day I will move from this area and I will miss this place, until that day I will continue to drive the 48-miles for each appointment Thank you Precision Dental for taking care of my needs.

The staff are wonderful, very professional and they take the extra steps to make sure their patients/customers are comfortable, and understands things before leaving the clinic.

I do not recommend this clinic. A few years ago, I took my brother to have his front teeth fixed. He's had some life challenges and wanted to help him remain on the right track with getting his smile fixed. He had damage from a car accident when he was a child that shattered his front 2 teeth. Because he had no insurance, I opted to use the care credit option which amounted to about $6700 for the entire procedure(extraction, temporary cap, then the permanent porcelain crown, molds) The first appointment he had 1 tooth extracted and a temporary cap to cover 2 teeth. Long story short, my brother did not make it back for his follow up that was 2 months later and did not complete the procedure. I had requested for a partial refund. The dentist simply told me no with no remorse. He refused to be human and compassionate about the situation. So I paid $6700 for about $1500 worth of work. Don't trust his smile!

I loooove these people! Specifically Misty, Jamie and Anahita(so sorry if i misspelled that) they have all been lovely and i’ve laughed every time i go they make me feel comfortable anddd they don’t sugarcoat how important taking care of your teeth are highly recommend they will take care of ya

Precision Smile Dentistry of Stafford is a fantastic place for dental care. The customer service from the administration assistants are beyond great! If you have a question, they will have an answer or will find a solution. My favorite person is Misty and she always makes my family feel at home. You are in good hands with Misty and the staff. Highly recommended.
