Dr Rai is a great dentist,he takes the time to explain what needs to be done.I have been going to Dr Rai for a long time with no issues, and he is the only dentist I will go. All his staff is professional. When you have a emergency he will find a way to fix you in.

Dr. Rai’s STAFF are all stellar. Dr. Rai’s attitude however, is not. Condescending, crude, and dismissive. Bedside manner is something I take seriously, and would never want anyone I care about to go here. I have been twice and will not be back. I hope he doesn’t treat his staff the way he treats his patients. It got to the point where I asked a staff member - “is it me? Please tell me if it’s me.” She replied no it is not. Again, his staff were kind and quick to help. He is the reason I will not be back.

The billing practices at this office are terrible. You are not always provided with an estimate of cost and are expected to pay the entire bill before leaving the office. I was given an appointment for a root canal therapy and after the initial appointment was informed that my insurance benefits ran out and I would be expected to pay the bill $1700.00 in full before leaving their office. There Is an additional 3% charged if you pay with credit card, and personal checks are not accepted. Beware!

I recently visited Rai Family Dentistry and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The clinic was clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. I ended up at Rai Family Denttistry by chance after COVID-19 because my previous dentist, whom I had been seeing for over 10 years, was never able to accommodate me. I booked an appointment two years ago, and I haven’t looked back since. Dr. Rai was thorough in explaining the procedures and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Rai Rai Family Dentistry anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Tried to quote me a ridiculous amount after telling me they were in network with my insurance which they were not. The dentist was condescending and super judgmental. Would not recommend!

I cannot thank the Rai Family practice enough for fitting me in yesterday for an emergency filling. They put me at ease and made my stressful day so much better. They were very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs a referral in the Stafford area. Thanks again!
