Stafford Gentle Touch Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

Fantastic office! I called day of and got an emergency appointment for my broken veneer. From the front desk, to the dental assistant and to Dr. G it was a great experience. They were understanding, gentle, efficient and friendly! I would definitely recommend!

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. (This is my experience at the fredericksburg location, but figured I’d leave a review for stafford too since it’s the same staff) The office is not welcoming. Very dark. The doc rooms are extremely tiny. No room for any patients to have another person in the room. The whole appearance of the inside of the office is horrible. I went in for a working interview, I was supposed to be there all day but left just after 2 hours. Only one assistant had been there over a year, out of the 3 assistants that were there… that should tell you something already. I assisted the female dentist for 2 procedures. She was rushing me, not being patient at all. Every office is different. I’m going to need AT LEAST more than 15 mins to get used to it! They had plastic chair covers over the patients chair. I was cleaning the room, after the first patient, and disposed of it (like you’re supposed to do) the assistant came in and said no we usually leave those on…. UM DISGUSTING! I couldn’t find a cavicide bottle to disinfect the room. Instead they had a clear bottle with no label on it and paper towels to clean the room….. I should’ve left then but I stuck around for the next patient because they overbook themselves and were BUSY. During this patient; The female Dr asked for a tool (in the PILE of tools) I then turn to look at the messy tray, as soon as I just look at the tray, she yells “What?! You’re not used to handing dentists tools?? OR THINKING?!” I’m sorry what…. I left after the patient.

The Stafford location is always clean and the front desk staff are consummate professionals. I went in to get a chipped tooth repaired and I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Colina and his assistant Nikki were awesome. Dr. Colina took his time thoroughly explaining every step of the process to the point I was comfortable about the options that I had and moved forward with the repair. His work is top notch and he is quite the professional and values patient satisfaction. He will be the go to dentist for my family going forward.

They worse experience ever had from a dentist office! The staff was very friendly. The dentist Dr.gollapalli was very rude! I would not recommend. My face is swollen I clearly have an infection and in pain she refused to prescribe me antibiotics didn’t even ask for pain meds. My only option was to pay to my teeth taken out that day almost 2000 out of pocket or nothing. No treatment plan to kill the infection nothing. I had to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor and she prescribed me antibiotics the dentist refused to give even though I asked. Looking for a way to report her nobody should be treated that way.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is loving and cares for you like family. I am so glad I was referred to them.

It was my first visit. Very friendly staff, they detailed out everything for me and guided me on what I need to do.

Dr B was very gentle and made a painful situation very smooth. I give 10 🌟 instead of 5. The staff was GREATTTTTT.
