This is my first time as a patient, I walked in there’s no good morning or nothing. You can’t see the doctor without filling out paperwork online ahead of time or a day before your appointment . So, I filled out the paperwork 30 minutes before my appointment. They’re telling me if I don’t finished my questionnaire before my appointment I have to reschedule. I gave them my insurance a week before my appointment and didn’t bother to find out if my insurance is legit they had to wait until the day of my appointment. Front desk employees are not very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at VA Smiles. Staff members were courteous, my appointment started on time and the dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely 💯. Tammy made me feel at ease and walked me thru the whole visit. As a patient that has anxiety at a dentist they are by far the best.
