first visit I did not care for her bedside manner. She was not friendly or warm, and the whole experience was uncomfortable. Her tech or assistant was reassuring after Dr. left room and explained more than Dr Ramsey did. Had a few forehead lesions frozen. I had high hopes to find a dermatologist I would stay with here, but I won’t be back to her. The whole office was depressing and institutional looking also. Left almost in tears.

Excellent Dermatology Physician I have seen that Dr. Ramser is a great doctor and has a good way with patients. She is knowledgeable, skilled and kind. I have seen her twice. She found a precancer and a cancer on my arm on the first visit ( after the biopsy results came back). The office called me back quickly once the results were in. Then they scheduled a second visit with me for the excision of any remaining cancer. She numbed my arm really well and removed any remaining cancerous tissue, which will be sent to a pathologist. Then she expertly put the sutures in place and had her assistant place a nice dressing over the site. Then she used a small amount of liquid nitrogen to cauterize the pre-cancer on my neck. I felt no pain from the excision. I was even able to choose my own music while the excision was taking place.
