Very knowledgeable and has the experience no other infectious disease doctor has in the area. Most importantly, he listens and cares if you are symptomatic. People mostly complain about scheduling, but he sometimes is on call and has to run to the hospital. He doesn't have a receptionist.

Worst providers office. Drove an hour and a half to arrive and and find the office closed and had to wait for both the doctor and the staff to arrive and open the doors. They were both rude and appeared annoyed we were there. Then, we got turned away. My wife, who has a passport as her form of ID (and has used it everywhere with no problem), was told it is not acceptable because it does not include her address. Despite the insurance company verifying the address, we were told we were not going to be seen. I should have believed the reviews online...

The billing and management of this office is atrocious. I keep getting get balance statements even though I have already paid off my account in full. Never will I visit this office. Biggest mistake

Was told that I did not need an actual physical copy of my insurance card and upon arrival was told otherwise. If I had known this, I would have scheduled an appointment with someone else instead of waiting.
