SCAM, SCAM, SCAM-BEWARE-Avoid this office at all cost. I was billed for service I didn't ask for and I was charged $200 out of pocket expense + insurance . If this happens to you report them to the insurance company and write a review to warn others. Do not use this ENT OFFICE. Please see other 1 star review for this Doctor and they all complain about the same thing. Avoid Dr. Betsy Vasquez office at all cost.

I never take the time to write reviews, so the fact that I am writing this is an indication of how shocked I am by the treatment my 17-year old daughter received at this office. She showed up 15 minutes before her appointment time as instructed. When she tried to walk in, the receptionist (Samantha) curtly told her she was not allowed to enter the office without a mask (mind you, in all the texts we received reminding us about the appointment, there was not one friendly reminder that this office still requires masks). This receptionist literally did not allow my daughter into the office, and the most shocking part of all, when my daughter told her she didn't have a mask, she told her "that's too bad." When my daughter asked her if she could get a mask from the office, the receptionist told her they didn't have any. HAHA -you're telling me a doctor's office didn't have ONE paper mask they could spare for a patient? My daughter was just told she couldn't come in. This office didn't even have the courtesy or level of patient care to offer a paper mask when I'm sure they have boxes of them inside. My daughter was told to go to 7-11 across the street and buy a mask. When she couldn't find one at 7-11, I called the office to express my complete shock at what they were making her do, and someone besides Samantha actually offered to go to his car and get her a mask. When she returned to the office and waited outside to get the mask, no one ever opened the door for her. They then had the audacity to call me 15 minutes later to ask me where she was. We go to doctors to receive CARE. Period. And this office staff did not deliver one single ounce of it. Unacceptable.

Dr. Vasquez is hands down the best ENT. She has helped improve my quality of life tremendously via her flawless execution of my turbinate reduction procedure. Before being a patient of hers, I used to have an extremely difficult time breathing through my nose because of my bad allergies (turbinates swell up). Dr. Vasauez takes excellent notes and takes her time listening to you. I'm confident her thorough notes were key to my insurance approving the procedure via prior approval. The procedure was practically painless. I immediately sensed a difference minutes after the procedure. I felt like my nasal airway finally opened up! I healed quickly and I breathe so well through my nose now. The stellar staff is also amazing from the front desk to the nurse to the office manager, I felt like they all advocated for and cared about me. I highly recommend Dr. Vasquez. Her attention to detail, great bedside manners, and genuine care for her patients distinguishes her from any other ENT I've seen and I've seen many. Other ENTs I've seen often rushed my appointments and did not take their time to examine my nasal area.

The doctor was beyond rude. She talked to me like I was stupid and did not seem to know what she was talking about. Absolutely no bedside manner. She did not take me seriously and clearly did not listen to anything I was saying. She walked in cocky and arrogant. I was there for 5 minutes just so they could charge me. Never go here.

In a word Dr. Vasquez is amazing! My son had strep two weeks ago. He was resistant to the antibiotic. Brought him to his pediatrician today who immediately identified it as an abscess. We were sent to the ER where they did a CT scan. They told us that it could be drained and set us up with Dr. Vazquez. Never having been there we had no expectations but were grateful that he would not have to stay in the hospital overnight, as originally thought. The draining procedure was long and complicated and throughout at all Dr. Vasquez kept my son comfortable, even laughing and gave him the tools he needed to be the champ that he is! On my way out I read her credentials. Princeton and Georgetown. Very impressive accolades for a Doctor but it was her bedside manner that we will always be grateful for!

Dr. Vasquez is absolutely phenomenal! Around Xmas, I felt a lump in my neck and after an ultrasound, was referred to her to have it removed. I was able to see her right away and had surgery last week. Although surgery would mean a 3” scar across my throat, she assured me it would not be noticeable. Best news is the lump is benign and she wasn’t kidding about the scar. You can barely tell and I am so pleased with her professionalism, skill, and plain awesomeness! Her team is excellent and you will be in excellent care.

STOP and read!! This is one place you want to avoid at all costs. SCAM SCAM SCAM! They have hidden charges and they won't tell you until you stop doing business with them. I have called several time to ask for help and they refused and won't talk to me. They sent me to collection without even addressing the issue. Avoid this place at all cost!!! The doctor is doing nothing about stoping this malpractice.

Best of the best. Truly outstanding. She took a full hour with me, and delivered a superb diagnosis. No better!!! The endoscopic photo of my “S-shaped” septal deviation finally convinced an intransigent VA to recognize my condition.

World Class. Truly outstanding. Totally caring, trustworthy, and exceptionally skilled. My highest praise!!! Total professional!

Dr. Vasquez is a fantastic Doctor. She is so pleasant and comforting and made me feel safe in a very scary situation with my vertigo. I will recommend her to anyone that needs an ENT Doctor. Thank you Dr. Vasquez!
